Awake Care© - Awake's electric surfboards & eFoils


Awake's electric surfboards and eFoils, sold by Awake, or its certified retailers/partner, are thoroughly controlled before being shipped to the buyer. Awake Care© is applied free of charge to each component on the electric surfboard and eFoils and is limited to twelve (12) months from the date of delivery and is limited to the original buyer. In the case of a single malfunctioning part, a whole module may be replaced to assure full functionality of either the module or the complete product(s).

Limitations:

  • Awake Care© does not cover damages caused by normal wear and tear. 
  • Awake Care© does not apply in the event of abuse, neglect, carelessness, or using the product in any way other than intended. 
  • Replacement with any part or accessory other than original Awake parts and products, the attempt of reparation or modification may only be made after expressly accepted in writing by Awake. 
  • Awake waives all responsibility from any third party for consequences that might result from wrongful use or handling of any Awake product, whether the claim made by any legal or natural person.
