Financial Coordinator
Awake is growing! With continuously increasing sales volumes and expansion into multiple industries and segments, we are now growing the Awake team by recruiting a Financial Coordinator to be based at the Stockholm office.

As Financial Coordinator, you will be responsible for daily financials, reporting and general daily operations and work closely with Awake’s CEO. You will be based at the Stockholm office, and the onboarding will take place at the facilities in Limhamn where you will be introduced to the company; from production and assembly to the commercial operations.

Our goal? Fast forwarding the future of watersports.
• Document financial transactions and maintain process controls
• Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports
• Bookkeeping with Wint software
• Maintain financial security by following internal controls and ensures financial controls are fully documented
• Answer accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations
• Support CEO with technical accounting queries
• Prepare special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
• Prepare financial statements
• Prepare salary payments
• Travel to the factory in Limhamn to support the team there
• International travel when needed
• Support with other general tasks when needed

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent
• Experience with financial reporting
• Great skills in Excel
• Advanced social and communicative skills in Swedish and English
• Strongly goal-oriented, curious and eager to learn

• Language requirement: English, spoken and written
• Employment status: Full-time
• Extended or irregular hours: May be required
• Start: Effective immediately

We see that you ideally have more than two years of experience of working in a larger organization, most likely in a position within the department of research and development, from which you bring a strong sense of structure and process-oriented thinking. You have a degree in Electrical Engineering or within the following areas: Systems, control, automation and robotics or vehicle engineering.
