We’re on the hunt for you and your proven track record in developing and implementing a mass market manufacturing strategy. As our Production Engineer, you will build streamlined production and quality control processes. Together with the production team, you will be responsible for vastly increasing output while maintaining highest quality standards.
Our goal? Fast forwarding the future of watersports. Duties • Building Awake’s production strategy for the next 5-10 years • Setting up and refining the quality control infrastructure • Developing a culture of quality • Recruitment of employees, acquiring tools, designing workflow and facilities • QMS (Quality Management System) • Developing and implementing KPI’s • Processes regarding refurbish and repairs • Transparent reporting to management
Requirements • Minimum 5 years of experience from planning and supervising manufacturing • Master’s degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management • Lean

We see that you ideally have more than two years of experience of working in a larger organization, most likely in a position within the department of research and development, from which you bring a strong sense of structure and process-oriented thinking. You have a degree in Electrical Engineering or within the following areas: Systems, control, automation and robotics or vehicle engineering.
