You can not cancel your order yourself, but we can of course, help you. The order can only be canceled within 24h after the order has been placed. After that, we cannot guarantee a cancellation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when the order has been shipped.

The VINGA boards weigh = 19-20 kg excluding batteries. Total weight is 37-40kg.

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from our warehouse to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
