Awake's custom-made wall mounts are the perfect and way to store and/or display your board.

No matter what model of our electric surfboards you've chosen, it deserves to be displayed properly. A complete installation guide is included in the package.

Shipping & payment policy

[NOTICE]: All prices on awakeboards.com are displayed without any taxes or local fees. Potential taxes will be accumulated at check-out. Potential import/custom fees are to be settled by the client upon receiving the order at their destination]

Europe (EU/EEC/EEA)

Orders within Europe will be handled by our Swedish company, Ride Awake AB. Orders are primarily shipped using road freight. Delivery takes approximately five to seven working days for Awake's electric surfboards and less for other products.

USA & Canada

Orders to the USA and Canada will be processed by our US subsidiary, Ride Awake USA  Inc. All applicable taxes will be collected. Orders will be shipped directly from the facilities in Limhamn, Sweden, and will be subject to import tax which will be settled by the client upon delivery.

  • Currency for payments: $ USD

Rest of the world

Orders to countries not mentioned above will be shipped DAP (Delivered At Place) accordingly to Incoterms 2010. We do not collect VAT, duties, and/or taxes on orders and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do get such additional charges they must be paid in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information. For these collections, it takes around fifteen working days for delivery. Other fees may be added depending on the country.

Delivery Schedule

Although Awake will make efforts to begin delivering your electric surfboard or other product(s) as soon as reasonably practicable, you understand and agree that there may be delays. An estimated time of delivery (ETD) is only an estimate and subject to change. Awake does not guarantee that it will be able to ship the electric surfboard or other product(s) by the estimated date. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of the electric surfboard is not met, Awake is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. Awake will provide you periodical updates with information regarding the delivery schedule.

What is included with each board?

Everything you need to get going: Board, battery, wireless remote, chargers, fins, and a magnetic power key to activate your board and to charge the batteries.

How does the 12-month warranty work?

If for some reason your board is malfunctioning, Awake will do a remote analysis of the board and conclude whether it is subject to the 1-year warranty. If a module needs to be serviced, we will take care of the freight and handling.

Is it hard to learn how to ride?

Most riders stand up comfortably in one to two rides. A pro tip is to start at a lower power mode and get comfortable with the sensitivity of the throttle.

How do I clean my board?

You simply rinse the board and the batteries with fresh water after the ride. For cosmetic reasons, this is advised when riding in salty waters.

CHOOSING YOUR BOARD

As Awake’s electric surfboards offer something for everyone, choosing your board is straightforward; do you want a leisure board, a competition/performance board, or a board that offers a little bit of both? Read up on each electric surfboard model and decide which one is the perfect fit for you. When you’ve found your board, choose the XR battery for 50% extra riding time, or the standard battery for a bit shorter riding but faster charging time. If you want that premium setup, we highly recommend adding an extra XR battery to your order, completing your Awake experience!

TIME FOR CHECKOUT

We offer a variety of payment solutions – invoice, credit card and split payments. You don’t need to worry about paying international invoices with additional transaction fees, we accept all credit cards. If you’d rather like to split up the payments, we offer a great solution together with SplitIt. Simply choose your preferred payment method at checkout.

YOUR BOARD IS READY

As soon as your electric Awake board is finalized and ready for shipment, you will receive an order fulfillment notice. At this stage, it’s basically only a matter of making sure that the delivery address is correct. If you have any questions about the delivery at this stage, or if you would like to change the delivery address, simply send an email to info@awakeboards.com, and write your order number in the subject line followed by your inquiry as below:

DISPATCHING YOUR BOARD

If we hear nothing from you for a couple of days after we’ve sent the fulfillment notice, we assume that the delivery address is correct, and we will proceed to ship the board. Depending on where you are located, the delivery time will be 5-10 business days. If the delivery address is at an exceptionally remote location, we will reach out to you directly in advance to provide you with further details regarding transit time.
